General
✦ I work on a first-come first-serve basis.
✦ full payment must be sent before I start. All requests must be made via VGen. I will inform you via a proposal if I have accepted your request!
✦ the TAT only applies once you've sent the payment along with the proposal!
✦ please await updates via your chosen platform.
✦ big changes can ONLY be made to the sketch.
✦ small marking/colouring mistakes will be corrected for the final.
✦ if you want to be waitlisted, kindly send me a message on any of my socials!
Copyrights and Usage
✦ commercial price: x2 (for selling merch and stuff, streaming does not count as commercial by the way!)
✦ non-commercial illustrations are for personal use only.
✦ I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.
✦ clients must credit the artist when using the artwork.
✦ clients have the right to claim their character(s) but not the artwork.
✦ I'll post the finished illustration with a watermark as an example.
✦ by commissioning me you automatically agree that I can stream 75% of my commission progress (initial render up to final). If you want your commission as private, the NDA fee is +50% of the base price of your order! Please tell me before I start working on your commission, thank you!
Refunds and Cancellations
✦ I have the right to refuse your commission.
✦ I have the right to cancel and refund money for your commission anytime.
✦ you have no right to demand refunds or cancel your commission from the artist once payment has been received.
✦ if payment has not been sent yet I have the right to cancel the commission.
TAT
✦ your commission will be finished within 3 months of the proposal sent. I usually get through the waitlist queue within a month so expect it won't take that long not unless there are schedule conflicts!
✦ if you'd like to set a deadline, please do so ahead of time. I won't accept rush orders. (deadlines within 7 days will be charged x2 of the base price.)
